Who we are

Horizon Collective ("we") is a group of independent travel agents. This notice explains what we do with the personal details you give us through this website. You can contact us at hello@horizonco.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

• The join form: your name and email address. We use them to contact you about Horizon Collective and to send you on to the overview video. We do this because you agreed to it when you ticked the box.
• The holiday quote form: your name, email address and mobile number, who is travelling (including the ages of any children), your travel plans and budget, and anything you write in the message. We use them to prepare your quote and email it to you, and to arrange your holiday if you go ahead. You agreed to this when you ticked the box.
• Booking a conversation: if you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there and shares them with us.
• Emails you send us: we keep them so we can reply and keep a record.

Who sees your details

Members of the Horizon Collective team, and the services that help us run the site: our web host and email provider. We do not sell your details.

When you use certain parts of the site, a third party is involved:

• Google reCAPTCHA checks that a form is being filled in by a person. It loads only when you start filling in a form.
• YouTube plays the overview video, in its privacy-enhanced mode. It loads only when you press Play.
• Calendly handles call bookings. It loads only when you press the booking button.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the site itself sets none. The third-party services above may set their own cookies once you use them. Nothing is loaded from them before you take that action.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the reasons above, and then delete them. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, restrict how we use them, or send them to you in a usable format. You can object to how we use them and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@horizonco.co.uk and we will respond.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
